Fair enough, Sega and Atari did set the standard of how not to release a console, both companies had two major failures each. Sony's track record has been excellent with PS/PS2, I just think some of the same mistakes the previously mentioned companies made can be seen in present time.

That was something some of those other consoles shared, they could be bought for the same price their competitors combined cost was at the time of release.
None of them where Sony Consoles :lol: , Everyone was saying the same thing when the PS2 came out, now its sold over 40 million.

But hte PS2 didn't cost 600 + tax
