make sure your computer is out in the open, take a vacume cleaner or canned air and clean anywhere you see dust for starters. Computers need air flow so heat can leave the case. Dust acts as insulation.
 
pop a side panel off and let it run "unbuttoned" for a while. Unless you have cats in the house. In that case, take the fucking thing apart and vaccuum THE HELL out of it.

Guys please be careful telling him that!!!! remember that he doesn't know what he's doing. He should take it to a comp store or to a good friend and have them look inside and clean it.
 
I once had a large BEEP from my RAM. I had put in to much for my motherboard. It shut down and whined something bad. So RAM is another option.

i thought it was just a joke all the years i heard things like "its about as thick as a book on brittish dentistry"
im afraid its not a joke lol.....my stepdad is living proof....what were the chances(if it was just a joke) that an english man comes to my house and his teeth suck,....and so does his childrens
