Wii Pre-orders at Gamestop tomrrow (13-10-06)

See the problem is that the town I live in gets like 3 of them at walmart....and thats it, and they don't preorder. So i'd have to drive an hour to go to a town where I could get one, but i've got a pretty busy weekend this weekend

I called 5 diferent EB/Gamestop stores in the area, all of them were out of pre-orders before the store opened (as in there were more people camped out than they had preorders at 5 different stores). Damn fucking college kids with no jobs/responsibility! :angry:
Will probably try to get it from the Target/Wal-mart locations on the 18th...I guess.

I called 5 diferent EB/Gamestop stores in the area, all of them were out of pre-orders before the store opened (as in there were more people camped out than they had preorders at 5 different stores). Damn fucking college kids with no jobs/responsibility! :angry:

Amazon sold out before the first hour, probably less. I think it's closer to 15 minutes.

Each store had at a minimum 10 preorder spots, some up to 20. These stores are getting even more than that (they gave out preorders as half the expected amount that will come in at launch, so if they expected 28 consoles, they gave out 14 preorders). That's how it is in MA.
