Well here is a list with opinions. And I will post when I remember the others.
Akira: Said to be a classic in anime. I watch it but I can't say I liked it.
Blood: Is about the last Vampire, hunting mutant vampires, obviously without letting the public know she is one. Is a good movie, and has awesome graphics. I recommend this one.
Cowboy Bebop: Who doesn't like this one. Excellent story, music, and best of all Characters. I love Faye. And Ed

The movie was awesome. I saw it raw in Japanese the first time, I got like half of it. I recommend this one.
Dragonball: I saw this whole series (including Z and GT) in spanish. It was a great way to learn the language by the way. I didn't enjoy it as much, cause is only about fighting. But I had fun either way. I recommend this one.
DotHack: Pretty interesting anime, I got so into it I even got the games. I love Helba, I created a character in EQ2 after her. How much is there to it? Sign, Liminality, Infection, Mutation, Outbreak, Quarentine, Dawn, Dusk, Legend of the Twilight, and there is one more which I don't remember.
Evangelion: Pretty deep and depressing Anime. It got me down near the end.

I recommend this one.
Escaflowne: The movie is awesome. Haven't seen the series yet. I recommend the movie.
Ghost in the Shell: I like the movie made in the 80s. I haven't seen the second movie, and the series didn't interestme much (I have only seen the first 4 or 5 episodes). I'll get around to see it one day

I recommend the movie.
Gundam: I have only seen the original. I like mecha anime. I had fun with it. Not much of a fan of gundam. I recommend this one.
Hellsing: Arucard (I know, I know it's Alucard, but saw it in Japanese and they pronounce it with R instead of L, kinda stuck in my head as Arucard) It's an awesome character. What i didn't like it that they don't say anything about him. I recommend this one.
Inu Yasha: Looks good, but haven't seen much of it yet.
Macross: I loved the first season. With Rick and Max. But the Second and third season are much of the same, it gets quite boring. Haven't gone around to watch the movies yet. There are 2 movies I think. I recommend the first season.
Metropolis: It sounds as if I have seen it but don't recall. What's it about? (I think Shellie post about it).
Nadesico: Movie and series are Wicked. I named a droid in SWG as Aestivalis, another as Yurika, and a dewback as Akito. They always bring a smile to my face.

I recommend this one.
Najica: I thought it was like Noir, but nope. It's ugly. It's for those panty lovers. YUCK! I certainly don't recommend this one.
Ninja Scroll: The movie and the series are good on this one. The soundtrack is good too. I recommend this one.
Noir: This one is a bit slow but I loved it nonetheless. Kirika Yumura was the first character I made in SWG, and many of you know me that way more than Artica

I recommend this one.
Outlaw Star: I like the idea of grappler ships. Aship with swords and axes, who could expect that. *giggle* I recommend this one.
Princess Nine: I liked the storyline and some of the music tracks on this one. It's about a girl's baseball team. They have the goal of reaching Koshien(sp) It's the most important baseball field in Japan for high school league. I recommend this one.
Rah Xephon: This one is awesome anime. It's kinda like Evangelion, however in this one the main character is not a wimpy one

The storyline is very interesting, it's based of music itself. I recommend this one.
Record of Lodoss War: I liked best the first season, when parn was inexperienced and when he met Deedlit. Deedlit is a lovely high elf. I made a character after her in EQ2. I
recommend this one.
Rurouni Kenshin: This one is one of the best and have seen several times. With the exception of the middle movie, the rest is great. Oh! and I have posters in my room of Shinomori and Seta <3. I recommend this one.
Sakura Wars: This one is a pretty one. Basically is about a group of girls and two guys that defend Tokyo with robots. The movie and the series are pretty wicked. I recommend this one.
Samurai Deeper Kyo: This one is very interesting, you can learn a bit of Japanese story with this one. Althought is a bit twisted. I recommend this one.
Tenshi Muyo: I have only seen bits and pieces of it, so I can't have an opinion on it
Trigun: Vash is totally nuts. I named my first Dewback after him. Milly 'Stun Gun' Thompson, she is very kyoot. I cried when Wolfwood died.

I recommend this one.
Vampire Hunter D: It's Awesome. Both movies. I recommend this one.
Weiss Kreuz: This one is a lot of the same over and over, but for some reason I liked it.
Wild Arms Twilight Venom: I got this one because I like the Wild Arms series. There are 3 games that started on the PSX on to the PS2, and there seems to be the 4th installment for the PS3. The anime is not great, they make a lot of references about the games. The central story is great, but the whole anime has a lot of side stories. I do recommend it though.
Wolf's Rain: This one is a sad one. But very good one. I loved the soundtracks. I recommend this one.
X: The movie was good but a bit unclear. The series was awesome, they took their time to develop each character which gave more depth to it. And gave it a different possibility as ending. I love Sorata. I commend this one.
Yu yu hakusho: I haven't seen this complete, I caught some episodes in Cartoon Network but I never understand what it is about. I've seen like 3 or 4 episodes and not in a row.
Zone of the Enders: I loved the movie called Idolo. There is another movie and the series, which I haven't seen. There is a song at the end in Idolo that I liked a lot. I don't remember the name though. I recommend Idolo.
