I said death, but it isn't really death itself that I'm scared of - but what could happen after I die. I'm scared that it could really be the end of things for me, that I could re-incarnate as a f***ing flea, or that some part of my brain may be alive during being decomposed.

I'm the same way about being scared of the dark. I'm not just scared of the dark, but if I have suspicion that something is lurking in the shadows, ready to attack - you bet I'll have a tingle down my spine. Makes me more alert too... I guess that's a good thing.

There is not much to fear, other than life itself. You never know what will happen, even if you have it all calculated and organized.

And one of the most exciting things in life is that it's unpredictable imho.
If there is such a things as fate, I dont want to know, that spoils the excitement of the unknown in life...:)

I fear being all alone.... I always have the tv on when I am home alone.... even in the daytime..

I can´t stand being alone! :(

I NEED PEOPLE

Oh, I def. agree on that...
But I also need time a lone, and I can enjoy it a lot. But that is when I choose it.

To my knowledge I dont know anything to make me afraid. The only thing I can consider as fear is the fear of god but dont think its in same context which is asked here.

Prolly becoz i am too stubborn.:p

When i was a small kid prolly around 12 we went to visit a neighbour, they lived near to us in a villa with a big garden and they had a german shepherd dog, it was a vicious dog and whole neighbourhood was afraid of the dog, he also attacked a postman and hurt him bad. The dog was supposed to be chained in day time but that day he wasnt and while we were walking through the garden to enter into the villa the dog attacked my father, biting him at his upper arm and making him fall. I didnt hesitate a split second to attack the dog, grabbing him from the neck and taking him down and away from my father so he cant harm my father anymore.

One day i should write a book about my life and tell all my stories, some are really unbelievable especially the ones during my military service.

lol I don't think I have any real fears.. but I do have to say if I ever saw an oompa loompa in real life now, 28 years old, a mother and knowing its just someone in a costume.. it would still scare the hell out of me. Lord help the little person that ever crosses my path.

As a very wise man ones said:

Without fear, you wont appreciate life and it's beauty, you wont have anything to live for.
Without fear, life will be nothing but a vague experience...

That very wise man was a coward :p trying to justify his fear. Fear has its own uses but its merely an instrument at best.

Something bad happening to wife.

And spiders. I really hate those fuckers. Got bit by a brown recluse when I was a child. Still carry the scars.

<--- Clinically Claustrophobic.

Only within the last 10 years have I been able to go on a subway without having an anxiety attack. Cues at Disneyland are extremely stressful. Airplanes, I drink myself out cold quickly (thank god for free booze on those long flights to England and back). In the car, driver side window open at all times, even in rainstorms.

As bad as that sounds, I have a friend who would gladly swap phobias with me. She has OCD

I believe in God, but the only thing that scares me is Kaiser Soze

Fear is something normal, we all feel it at one point or another. The trick is to let it control you. ^_^
