thats what the bail was set at, so he just had to come up with 10K to be free until the trial, and as long as he shows up he gets it back. Thats not even the fine/ruling that he got yet.

Bail is usually only set when they think* its going to be a flight risk.. so 10K is a nice amount to make sure you come back for
