Star Wars Kid!!

it is pretty sad how bullying really does go on touched by many teachers. Most teachers don't care until someone seriously get injured, or at least thats how it was when I was in school.

And that's only when they are seriously physically injured. I was once circled by a group of kids picking on me over and over again. The teacher just stood and watched.

i have never understood bullying. i have been in situations which would be classed as "bullying" but it never "hurt" me in any way.

i can understand the getting beaten up stuff but when name calling and such similar things are spoken about, i just dont get how they can harm someone. fair enough tiv, i have never been in situation where i was encircled like that but yeah - a lot of the stuff i hear about sounds like crap to me

blah i was going to give you a long drawn out explanation of bullying but i almost forgot, im lazy :P

Yeah, he is suing (the star wars kid, not the kid from the article) but that doesn't mean he will win. If this was in the US it would come down to what circuit the trial was being held at. Pretty much all would dump the case except the 9th circuit...fuck in the 9th circuit you can essentially commit any crime once and get away with it (by blaming that you heard God told you to do it, that works once in those courts).

As for bullying...look at it as anything else in life. Take the disadvantage and turn it into an advantage...I know easier said then done, but it does happen in society (not just in school, there are "bullies" everywhere in life) and how you handle the situation does have ahuge bearing on the direction your life goes.

"In 2003, he committed suicide."

What a fucker, makes other people miserable then kills himself - some life that was. He sure contributed alot to society.

Though that is partly a joke because he probably only behaved that way for being mentally unstable.

So the schools probably are to blame anyway, I'm not going to call B.S. on this lawsuit afterall.
