I sold my EVE account last week on eBay.

6 Days ago the money changed hands and I handed the account over.

I got an email from CCP today saying the account has been banned for breech of the EULA, namely transferring the account.

I am soooooo glad they banned it after it transferred ownership and not while it was sitting on eBay for a week!

Poor little fella who purchased it must be a bit miffed though.
 
Wow, maybe you should give like 1/2 the money back (except if you had a disclaimer for anything like that).

No way is he getting a penny from me, he's been playing the account for a week, probably shooting his mouth off over the fact he bought it and got himself pinched.

Put it this way, if I sold you a car, you took it away and drove it for a week and then crashed it would you expect me to give you any kind of refund?
 
No, but actually I thought you meant he had JUST bought it before you got the e-mail, so that makes sense.

Nah, he took ownership 6 days ago, I bet he's mad as hell though!

I hope so! He was Russian and spoke terrible English, his hate mails would be funny as hell!
