So umm who wants to help me with my W2?

If you live in Arlington County, VA, around tax time they have retired/off-duty IRS people available at the public library to do your taxes for free, yet I still go to H&R Block because I always meet the most intriguing people.

The few times I went to H&R Block I (and WW) ended up telling the guy what exactly to enter in, the person obviously had no clue about computers, forget the finer points of the complex tax code.

So after reading an article comparing both the House and Senate proposals, it seems that they've agreed on one thing, and thats the minimum income requirement to see a rebate is $3,000. So as long as you made at least 3 g's and aren't claimed on anyone else's tax return you should be good to go Curse.

Maybe it's the satellite office I go to. We generally always have the same woman who does our taxes. She's polite (not overtly friendly, but nice), and knows what she's doing. Granted, our taxes are almost as simple as Curse's probably are, so that may not be worth much.

Heh, yeah I knew it was too good to be true. My income from 2007 was a horrible 600 dollars or so lol.
