or get stuck with the after hours phones cause nobody tells us, somewhat most important people (we answer phones, book calls, do the paperwork, and dispatch all the techs) that they are leavign and cant take it- when we are in the process of transfering the phones to them.Or deal with printers that will NEVER work because they are like 40 years old and they don't want to switch to laser forms. Oh and then deal with those that have laser forms but want everything automated.

The worst for me was when i was a CS Rep. I took calls for payroll. So when someone's paycheck was messed up they'd call me. I didn't do the damage, but man I had to field the calls. I took about 150 calls a day with an avg time of about 4 minutes. The worst was when they did year end and the other girl who answered calls was out for two weeks. They couldn't even have someone take the phones so I could take a potty break! Man it was nuts. I developed excema from the stress, and went home crying almost every night. I got called every name in the book. The worst were the ex-wives who called in wanting information. We couldn't legally give out information, but they wanted it anyway. I've heard children on the phone who cried because they couldn't eat because I couldn't tell them why they didn't get a check. Oh man it was bad.

Should of told her "you should of thought about that before you spread those legs"

The garnishment woman was awesome. She once told a guy who had a ton of kids in like 10 states that if he doesn't stop having them (she was running out of codes to deduct his pay), she was going to meet up and chop it off.

Customer service was a fun job for me. Imagine being a tech for sprint pcs and having to explain things to stupid people. I remember this one time this woman walked in with a huge full blow mustache. I had to look away and my friend she goes "you got a message" and handed me a sticky note that said "MUSTACHE" with an arrow pointing to the ladie. I lost it.

I was a supervisor at Dick's Sports and I talked to a guy for like 15 mins about his daughter and what she'd want out of some equipment, thinking that the person standing next to him was his son... then after that time I realized it was a girl and felt like a jackass. Man was it funny though.I once looked at a very heavy-set not so feminine woman at KFC and said. "What can I do for you sir".
Oh she was pissed.
