It's probably my converter. It's third party so I can't really trust it.I am using 300dpi on it....it cant remake it to any higher then 200dpi, thats the problem

In terms on design... <critique> It looks like she has some particles behind her shoulders. The path was not done correctly. Also in the belevel of the font, I think the shadow is too dark for that background. And finally, since the character has a dark skin it gets somewhat lost, a glow or outline might help. Another way would be to give her a spot light or a mirage effect.Does this look better?
What you need to do when your in the window after choosing "save as", select options, and there should be a little slider which controls the compression factor, you want to move that all the way to the left (1) for best quality.
If you can't or use this slider, make sure your in standard encoding or progressive encoding.

I prefere to use PNG format when doing HQ stuff, but I admit, I can't see any difference between the two at highest quality (Jpg's) settings.
