So now, if I have a problem I can't just go to the person who wrote "x". I have to go to my manager who will speak with their manager who will arrange for time for us at some point in the future.
Oh, and 9 times out of 10, if we go to said manager, we get told to fix it anyway on our own. We don't have the tools to even look to see what's wrong...
