How was your weekend?

Mine was kind of exciting!

For some strange reason, I was having all this ideas. So I began to write, and write, and write. To make the long story short. I wrote seven parts to the story I'm working on.

I was really amazed. In two days I wrote more than I have done in months past.

I will be publishing, the first part tonight. And follow through, one part each night for six nights. I dunno on the seventh, since I haven't actually finished. :p

So what did ya do? Anything interesting?
 
My parent's exchange student was leaving for Germany this week, so we had a huge party for her. Lots of people came and it was quite fun. I spent a little too long in the pool/hot tub though, and ended up getting burnt badly. Otherwise, she had lots of fun, and I got to see some of my family that I haven't seen in a really really long time.

Sunday I spent trying not to do much of anything to avoid pain.
 
I went and got me a new puppy :) . Took me all weekend long to find the right one but I did eventually. Took her to the vet and got a full check-up and everything then brought her home.

Other then that I went to my nephew's b-day party at the YMCA and revelled in my new promotion at work (I got it because the guys I work with think I am an asshole and don't like me.........good thing was no popularity contest at work......lol. So they moved me to an AC office with computers and surface gear all over the place and told the useless piece of trash that I was working with that if production fell I was coming back over there and he was otu the door). Eh....oh well. I don't go to work to be liked, I go there to work and I am, as my mom would put it, "Old Fashioned" when it comes to work........you work hard, dont milk the clock, if there is stuff to do then you dont need to be sitting around, ect (which is why they think I am an asshole because they like to milk the clock, which I called them on constantly, and I managed to cut the OT in the department at night from roughly 13-15hrs a night down to 8-12hrs a night.......lol).
 
I went to the Laser Quest Southern regionals.
I got drunk.
I got a phone book thrown at my face while drunk.
I got a week off of work.
I had to drive to Oklahoma City.
I went to the Star Wars Exhibit in Dallas.


My 21st is next weekend, so I should be having another rockin' weekend.

WAITTT you are only 20? I would have guessed you as a lot older
 
Friday I celibrated Midsummer by going to the museum with two friends. They raised a midsummers pole there, there were hundreds of peeps. Then we all got together at some other friends where we had a BBQ in the evening.
This is me playing with their little 1 year old baby, so adorable!

Saturday I was at the beach with some friends. They were all guys, so we ended up watching chicks :p. Then I cooked them dinner and we watched two movies.
Sunday I met up with the guys that I play RPG with (pen and paper) and we made new characers for a game I haven't tried before, Conspiracy X. Seems like a fun game.

That's my weekend :)

(Monday my best friend went to the south of Sweden to stay there for about 6 weeks - all I can say it poop! :( )

That is sad that a mini flame started out based on the fact that Syn thought I was older than I am.

But yeah, I am just a wee lad.
