I broke my arm once and was sitting on the couch with it propped up watching a game. 2 of my friends were there on the couch with me. That's well over 700lbs on this couch. Percy grabbed my cast thinking it was a chew toy and dragged us across the room before I stop him. He also shattered the cast. So no you do not want to be handcuffed to him.
