that sucks. don't beat yourself up though, everyone slips from time to time. just post in there that youre sorry, i'm sure they'll be okay. its human nature to pick on someone sometimes. we all know youre not a jerk though...
 
well, just keep in mind that we don't think you are. at least i don't. i don't know you well, but you've been nice to me.
