If you got a video you want to show, or a file of somesort, and it isn't an image, a great place to upload them for free is http://www.rapidshare.de. You can upload up to 100MB per file and people can download them for free (up to 50MB download for a free member). So upload only files that are 50MB or less. Simply go to http://www.rapidshare.de, browse for the file you want to upload, upload it, copy the URL it gives you at the end of the upload and link it here.
To download, simply click on the link, and click on FREE for download. Then scroll down and wait about 30 secs for the timer, and the download link will pop up. You get 50MB of free downloads per hour.
