Even if they gave up and resorted back pre-NGE (highly doubtful) I don't see very many people comming back. I hate doom and gloom, but I see this as the straw that broke a weak camels back. Star Wars deserves an MMO, but maybe its time LA looked for a better suiter.
 
I think to many people have been screwed in the ass without lube and a reach around. SOE probably lost 200-300k true gamers because of this. And when we are talking a market of 5-10 million worldwide....thats a huge number. Might be more, but alot of the games with alot of accts are multiple accts for one person.
