They are most likely kicking 40 more teachers this spring in my town (Did the same last spring, and said it would never happen again...). Nothing that can be done about it, no merits, not how good you are, no nothing will help, and the rule last in first out applies. And to think I've been working for 7 years...and I'm in the high risk zone if it goes through...:(...and I really love my job :cry:
