Have you recently installed any new hardware since the problems began?

Specifically any new hardware that uses the USB port that requires USB 2.0 or the like?

Everything I read about it comes down to one of two things:

1. A USB driver is failing an should be updated so it works with a possible USB 2.0 system your PC has.

2. Your RAM has gone bad.

Willing to diagnosis it futher if you want.
