Big files suck

Been trying to copy my huge backup file that I created yesterday back onto my computer through the LAN i have setup and its taking fucking forever. It's like 75% done and I started at like 8 PM last night. My biggest concern is if the file will be corrupted once its done (ive had bad experiences with moving files over LAN)

ahhhh I got nothing on my computer im super ultra fricken bored.... the file is 36 gigs it has all my games, music, pics, videos, everything in it lol
