I loved the ambiguity of the original ending.Just an FYI, the director of this is the same director as 300. Man seems to like the graphic novel.
Cautiously looking forward to this. Unfortunately this is one of those books that has such a rabid fanbase (think LotR, Harry Potter, etc) that no matter how good the movie is, the fanboys will hate it because of some mundane detail that was not right.

That's strange. I mean, I wasn't really into that stuff around then. One of my friends was a huge collector of Marvel comics, so I know a little about some of those lines. During the late 80's I was more concerned about getting laid for the first time than I was about comics.Late 80s
