I don't believe in cubicles, mine and my bosses staff work in an open plan enviroment.

We used to have an office of 4 people in one room with a closed door. The room we're in now has 4 people (with room for 6 - but it gets too hot so we kicked them out). They built the room we're going to where it is open space and lots and lots of low-wall cubicles called "pods".

As of monday, I'll be a pod-person with my back to my bosses desk.
