Parris back to jail!
 
They should of locked her up longer and an actual prison not her house, thats no punishment honestly!
She admited to dangeous driving, then still drove and got caught twice! Celebrities these days, get away with it so easily.

didnt she get her license suspended and then get caught driving under influence twice?

i am not entirely sure though. only got vaguely told what happened earlier today

I guess you didn't hear (the whole point of the pic), the judge said that she should not of been let out of jail for the non-existent medical reason, so she is headed back to jail to serve the rest of the full 43 day sentence (basically the maximum for the charge of DUI w/suspended license).

The pic is her leaving the courthouse and being "escorted" back to prison, and yes, an actual prison. So, she is not getting off easy in the least, if anything the judge is making an example out of her.

But even if she gets out... she's a danger to society.

For every four days she behaves she gets one day knocked off her sentence so she'll probably only serve a month, tops.

Unfortunately the reality check she needs to get from this won't occur.

Paris Hilton was arrested for a DUI last September.

She pleaded down her charge to what is called Wet Wreckless Driving in California.

As part of her punishment she was sentenced to a AA course, and also had her license suspended.

Paris Hilton never at any time went to the AA meetings/course. As such she was not eligible to have her license restored.

She was stopped once for this and allowed to leave on her own behalf, while asked to sign a paper which asserted that she knew she was driving on a suspended license.

She was then stopped again once again driving on a suspended license.

This time she was hauled in and the Judge sentenced her to 45 days in the county jail for violation of her probation. Part of that sentencing included that she was not to be released on home release, work release, and several other things.

She reported to jail and after 3 days was released by the Sheriff of LA County. The Sheriff cited a medical condition. He cannot modify the court order though without appealing to the court which he never did. Had the Sheriff released her and cited overcrowding he would have been well within the range of authority given to him by a federal order to LA County. They say she wasn't taking her medicine, that should have been squared away at booking. The only way she wasn't supplied with it is if she did not report its need at booking.

Even now it is unlikely she'll serve her entire sentence. I suspect after a week maybe two she'll be out.
