It's pretty sad.. these people get addicted to plastic/cosmetic surgery and they just don't stop. I don't know what kind of screwed up mind you have to have to think that is "perfect". /shrug

The problem is after the plastic surgery they still don't generally feel good about themselves, and some even think they are staring at a stranger in the mirror. The trouble is they didn't really tackle the real issue, instead they tried to cover it up.

Our society has placed to much value on vanity and we need to take a step back from that.
