Stargate Atlantis Season 3

Well I'm just about finished watching the third season and I just watched the episode where they killed Carson and now I don't want to watch the stupid show anymore. :angry: Carson was one of the funniest characters on that damn show and now the show just sucks balls.

The show sucked balls after they killed Robert Patrick.

Overall, I always cringe when I see them wearing the gay tac-vests. It must be a canadian thing. I wish I was the military advisor for that show. Those guys would be decked out in some uberleet gear.

First thing I would do is destroy each and every P90 on the set and replace them with M16/M4 variants. Then I would donate the gay tac-vests to the homeless and issue an Eagle plate carrier to each actor. Last on my list, but by no means last overall, I'd ditch all of the camo uniforms and put them all in Multicam.

Yeah that kind of pisses me off too. They only seem to use P90s now in both SG-1 and Atlantis. Why the hell didn't the Atlantis expedition team pack a few Zatts or Staff weapons? The Wraith weapons look pretty stupid too. :\

I understand why they use P90s, but it doesn't upset me any less.

P90s aren't well known to most people, and using them gives a special 'futuristic vibe' to people not in the know.

They're not designed to be tactical weapons. They were made primarily as weapons to be carried by tank personnel. The compact size and bulpup style makes it the perfect weapon to clear the tank hatches. Regular assault rifles would be too cumbersome and clunky.

They use this gun (or similiar variations) a lot in video games as well. I remember thinking it was a cool gun when I first saw but after a while you come to realize it isn't the best out there. I think most people go for it because of looks.

One thing I didn't like is that these guns are mainly classified as smg's. What the hell are you going to do with it in a huge open field *points at sg-1*.

All of the guns in the BF series are shit. EA's way of making it easier on the "noob".

Anyway yeah so I'm done watching season 3. I guess season 4 doesn't come out untill this April eh? /sigh Now I need a new show to watch to pass the time.
