I never use my credit card, so i was like WTF. turns out Enterprise charged me for my car rental for those 14 days i had it due to my accident. Even though they said, "your insurance covers it, don't worry about a thing." So i get on the phone with my insurance company, and they're like, "oh, your adjuster needs to send you a check for that..." (this was like a month ago he was supposed to send it). So i told them i haven't gotten squat, and they're like, "Youre agent is ___ -______. Does that name sound familiar?" I was like, "no, i had a totally different adjuster." So they give me this huge lecture about what is gonna happen and stuff, and i was like, "Ok, bottom line, am i getting my refund?" "yes" "when?" "if you don't get a call from him tomorrow, call us back..."

Fuckers...
 
one time i depostied my paycheck on thursday. it didnt get cleared on Fri, so i had to wait for monday. so then on monday, they said it would be tuesday (mind you we live paycheck to paycheck right now) So tuesday we get up to check, and we are now negative $376. seems they took out the money for my loan threw them twice, and conviently lost my paycheck. so i call up fuming, and they tell me ok "we wil send it threw to the investigators to look to see what happened, and it should be put in your account next thursday". "Nope, that wont work, and why i get paid the next day anyway!!"
Ohh i fucking lost it. it took me two days and had to go to the president of the bank. it seems they cashed the check and put it into escrow, for no reason at all. And my employer goes threw them, and when he starts waving the "ill take my buisness's 10+ accounts away from your bank" the president got our money back REAL quick.
