honestly, get them young. and evry time they look at the bird's cage, WHOOP THEIR ASS!! honestly just train the cats. one cat is scared shitless of our kitchen chairs (hes the only 1 not declawed). you can train cats easily, it just takes time, effort, and alot of patience. oh and beatings. or cats aint scared of us, but they do know when theyve been bad
