Of all places...Virginia

Thankfully I protect my company with appliances from here: www.ironport.com and I say buh-bye to about 98% of all spam as it is......and thats out of roughly 6 million attempted messages sent to our domain a day. Spam suck something awful.

Heh, my company is about 16 people, our server sits in the kitchen with a regular fan blowing on it. I easily get about 300 spam a day.

LOL yeah true, they're not really consumer level anti-spam protection. We have 3 of their C350 series and they're outrageously expensive....and the appliance price doesn't even include the software components and licensing lol.

This is an example of crap judiciary practices. The law was meant to protect people but the courts shoot it down.

The court noted that "were the 'Federalist Papers' just being published today via e-mail, that transmission by Publius would violate the [current Virginia] statute."

The difference is no one was forcing the "Federalist Papers" into your hand or your home.
