goto www.grisoft.com and download AVG free edition install it update it and scan your system you are probably riddled with it and btw it works great for picking up trojans.......not those kind of trojans you sick men <_<

I recommend a hard drive format at least once a year. However I have alot of stuff I want to keep and backing stuff up is a pain, so I really only do it when I *really* need to.
As far as removing them I hate doing it. I've used Spybot - Search and Destroy, Killbox, and other apps to clean up the toxic waste.
