Not many opportunities here (who wants to be a carpet cleaning assistant?), so any ideas for long-distance part-time jobs for during both school and summer vacation?

Good ideas preferred.

Yeah I know, kinda a stupid place to ask, but once again - don't care. LOL

Oh how I wish I could actually be good enough to be paid to play tournament games ... oh well guess I'll just design/program them instead :)

You never know one day I might have something for you, but right now, I can't.
 
Well, guess I'll have to keep looking locally. Anyway, if you ever do an Open Source project, like a game or something - I'd be interested in helping out with Art, Graphics, Design, or Level Building stuff.

So basically if you do make a game, let me know. It could be a good resume builder. Would have to be a good game though :)

I noticed you put together your own website. If you know other people who need websites created send me a PM. I'm doing some consulting work for a DIY website company based in California. You can work as an affiliate for them anywhere in the world.

If you want to check them out go to local ispace. Enter the word affiliate in the search bar and search to find out more information on the program.
 
I checked out their site, but under Features/Prices it doesn't list any prices. What's up with that?

Anyway, maybe I'll look into it a bit later. At the moment, if I knew alot of people who needed websites made for them, I'd probably be doing the work myself - and only referring for the stuff out of my league (like heavy web programming). I suppose that if I do become a web designer that I might one day have enough people coming to me to send a steady stream of people over but at the moment I'm lucky to get an odd job here and there.
