Movie Set In My Backyard?

ok, not IN my backyard, but a few houses down? I just got home and the my lane's sign had a big green sheet over it that said "Set." There were huge coach busses, some movie set trailers, and some local cops there. Apparently there is a movie being filmed here. Reminds me of when Home Alone 3 was being filmed here as well.

There is a movie being filmed at the beach oustide my house and in my church, there is an actor in it with a strange name, pretty popular says mi mama but the name is avoiding me.

EDIT: Its Niomi Watts or however you spell it.
