Everybody's favorite terrible Florida attorney was found guilty on 27 of his 31 charges at his disbarment trial. Sentencing is forthcoming...

He was found guilty on such charges as:
- "knowingly making a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal"
- "using means that have no purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person"
- "engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation"
- "making statements that the lawyer knows to be false or with reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity concerning to the qualifications or integrity of a judge"

Needless to say, the Florida court system will no longer accept any more fillings or motions by Thompson (unless signed on by another attorney).

This might finally signify the end of this man in the mainstream. In my opinion, this was long overdue.

Nah, like roaches, once you think you've gotten rid of them, they just come crawling back through another opening. He'll be back, but glad to see some justice being served.
