i cant figure out these new forums...

lol i never pressed user cp like that in the old one :p

id just click my name and the profile editor would come up
 
ok wellthe editing is a bit wierd since i cant edit the first post now where i forgot to double quote but o well other than that i dont see anything odd about these new forums :)

Not sure what you mean, Cub. I think there's a 5 minute editing time period from your post. I think, i gotta check on that. Maybe you tried editing after? Otherwise, if this isn't what you're talking about, then I'm not sure what you mean. Let me know, maybe I can fix it
 
I can't find a "New Posts", "Today's Posts" or "Search" options when I used the dark skin... I'm I just not seeing them?
 
The 'read newest post' thing is the little nub at the LEFT side of the thread title when using the dark skin. Took me all day to find that one, deh.
 
Yeah, dark skin is cool but a bit tricky. It also is a bit limited, but it is still in development. The creator of that skin has already planned newer releases, so it is officially a supported skin by vB. The Search option has been confirmed as coming in the newer release of the skin. So yeah, right now that skin is technically in beta :p
