The day that macs will take over Windows in the OS race is a pipe dream. Anyone going into any business is required to know a basic Windows operating system. It's an industry standard, unless you're going for any graphically intensive job such as video editing

Or Newspapers and Magazines. Most use Macs. Like us.

I'm not a windows fanboi or anything, but Finnie compared a fully working stable release of OSX with an unreleased vista in multiple beta stages. That's a bit unfair if you ask me. What he should have done is either compared OSX with XP Pro or waited a year and compared OSX with Vista. That's like me trying to compare Vanguard Beta with World of Warcraft

Still, if you compare XP latest form to OSX you get the same results. Mac is better on everything. The only thing lacking is software compatibility, but that has been changing through time. Most games now are compatible with Mac, many application suites like adobe have their Mac versions.

I have never had an issue with my Mac. However, with the PC... well that's another story. *giggle*

I installed Xubuntu 6.1 on my 7 year old laptop the other day and it works great. It's stable, secure, and offers tons more than osx :) Keep in mind this is all on a Pentium III 600Mhz :D
