Happy Thanksgiving weekend fellow Canadians! Now for the 6 hour drive to my parents place with a preschooler and a baby!!! yay me! /sigh

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, mashed turnips, brussel sprouts and or peas (great with turkey gravy), homemade buns, pumkin pie with whipped cream! (all veggies from grandmas garden) not to forget the pickled beats, carrots, and dills and cranberry sauce of course. My family goes all out

I love Thanksgiving. I think I will gain 5 lbs from that one meal alone!

Back in my day we used to have Thanksgiving in November.

On a more serious note, if you are a Canadian citizen and you work in the U.S. (or vice versa) do you get both Holidays off?

I don't work so I wouldn't know.
