Guys - how do you get it on?!

The magic never ends...
What do you do when you try to "get" a woman, when you try to take her breathe away?
What's your secret "seduction" trick? ;)
(Not talking about getting her into bed, but to win her heart, and keep it beating for you in the long run)

All ideas are welcome, both from men n' women ^_^

(A friend of mine needs advice, and I'm out of ideas by now...)
 
Being Chivalrous is what works for me, but that is me, and how i've always been. I have to be harsh here, but if your friend is trying so hard here, and having no luck he (assumption) is proberly starting to be further from the person he is, This isn't right, and will lead to difficulties later on.

If you start off on this foot, essentially pretending to be act and/or say something thats not normally you, you are really not being true to yourself, and she is falling for the person you are pretending to be rather than who you really are.

So my advice is be himself, be confident in who you are, it will show, if it is meant to be, she will see him for the good person he is, if someone like you is wanting to help advice him, you obviously care for him much, and see that he is a good person and deserves such things.

easy to say, but I know it's not so easy to do.

btw I don't beleive in "pick up" lines or/and seduction tricks, never needed them, confidence, Chivalry, sensitivity and alittle charm, and being yourself is all that works for me.
 
It depends on the type of woman really, there's no one way of making it happen.

I've done everything from playing Mr. Tough Guy to writing poetry... if you know the type of woman you're trying to get then you tailor your "moves" to work the best.

I can tell you what my husband did to win me over ...

Our secind date he bought me a saphire and diamond moon pendant Third date was a Tiffany toggle clasp necklace. What girl would turn that down?! *giggle*

But honestly now, he told me he loved me. No it wasn't just so he could get in my pants, or in the heat of the "moment". He said it to me as we were watching TV one day.

Then when he asked me to marry him, it was in UNiversal Studios (Islands of Adventure) on the replicia of Popeyes Boat lol!
 
Honestly, it's the little things.

Like I'll be watching TV with V, and just see him looking at me, and I swoon. Or I'll watch him as he's sleeping and think about how Lucky I am.

It's when he gets me flowers unexpectedly.

LOl I didn't finish that because I had a co-worker walk into the room.

But basically it's the little things in life.

Even something as simple as a smile, or making dinner. Just knowing that someone cares enough about you to make your life a little easier.
 
To me it got nothing to do with diamonds, perls or jewlery. It got nothing to do with what a person can buy. Why? Because that, anyone can do. To me it's all about the little things that shows that the man has put in some effort, and that there is love behind the action. An expensive diamond on my finger is a waste of money to me. I'd rather do something with the person I love like travel, then have a $5K, $10K etc ring on my finger.

"Action", something unexpected, the little things, a look, a gesture etc etc :wub: ^_^

Lots and lots of alcohol...usually quells the shrieks of horror when they are in my presence.

lol Popeyes boat ride does have the ability to get a girl all wet... Thats why you have to put your shoes in the bags....
