fraps help!!!!

am tryin to make a pvp vid and i am using windows movie maker and when I save it the picture is really crappy , you can barely see whats goin on, any way to fix that??

i did the medium (recomended) then did another with high quality but they are both the same

You guys need to run you game in 1280x1024, also record a full screen, and atleast 25 Frames per sec. If you don't have atleast two Ge Force 6600 GT's with SLI and a 2.5 ghz processor you will not get qualilty like this:

My film quality from fraps is perfect, but when I put it in movie maker it loses a lot of detail. I just crank the quality up as much as I can and it comes out ok...
