Has anyone here ever bought credits or gold? I can honesly say I have not :)

I can honestly say i've never bought credits or gold. I'm glad i never did, even when i considered it. I would've felt extremely stupid wasting $100 on credits, than it all becoming worthless once the NGE hit.
 
Never did either.

Had way more fun figuring out get-rich-quick schemes in the great player run economy.
 
jesus christ i thought I had no life, the games are supposed to be just that games its kind of ridiculous you can make real life profit from this shit. their farming is bad for the community and economy and I dont give a fuck if you are sensitive to the words chiniese farmer get a real fucking job and play games the way they were supposed to be played.

If I had a dollar for every person that quit their job to play WoW 24/7 when it came out and payed the bills by selling online....I'd never have to work again.
 
I'll never forget when one of my friends bought credits for his whole family for Christmas the year SWG came out. I was in shock. Of course he had bought like 1 mil. back then that was a lot. lol
 
heh i just watched the video... "sense of inferiority" you sell gaming items to support yourself. you should feel inferior anyway >>
 
have you not seen that real sim which is like a simulation of "earth" and people pay like 20,000 (real dollars) to buy a space sattelite...its crazy.
