Finished my site

Not knowing anything about putting together a site, how to do graphics or any of that crap, turned into a hobby. Although it's not much and someone with more experience could do better, I'm quite proud of it. Take a gander and let me know what ya think. I still need to add minor things here and there, but the hardest parts are done.

Timi - good start. I like the look of it (even though it looks like a run-of-the-mill theme). I'm not a big fan of the bar-code thing in the headline picture though.

One of the things about a web site is finding out what to do with it. No offense, but a couple forum posts, a news post, and a store isn't likely to get alot of visitors.

I'm not sure what you have planned for your site, but I guess I can't give such great advice since my own site hasn't really gotten too far in about the 2 years that it's been up.

But, if you want to get a lot of visitors, I think the best thing is to provide new/good/fresh content each day for them. I don't even do that anymore, but I've tried to do it from time to time - I just have a hard time sticking with it.

Yeah, the header image is just a placer right now, until I can think of something better. Like I said, I still have minor things to work on, but the majority of it is done. I just revamped the forums as I didn't like original topics and all that crap. The store, I don't care if it gets used or not, if it does, great I get paid, if not no biggy (that's why I have a real job). The front page is just filler as well until I can spend some time and work on some actual content. I'm in the process of looking for a new apartment and going back to school, so I do what I can in the mean time. It's nothing more than a community site for friends and other individuals I run across in my journeys gaming.
