We have Clearwire broadband for about 4 mths, and they have over charged us TWICE, had constant outtages of internet use, ets. When we bought it, we told them we were going to move to St Cloud sometime soon, and they assured us that we have coverage in that area, and when we move there, it has no signal. So we call them up at 9 am, leave a message for a manager. at 4 pm, we call back, leave another message that again was never returned. The we get on the phone to the general manager, and he helps us a little, promising us that someone will be there at 5:30. We get a call from the location manager saying that they dont make his scheduals and hes not coming.
Dont get Clearwire, they are the SOE of internet- they dont give a crap about their customers.
