that nokia is one of the ugliest phones in existence though. there is no way id carry that around even if its got loads of features

When you get older, you'll realise that you buy things for the investment not the look.
LOL you are 3 years older than me mate, not that far to go then till insanity obviously :p

How it looks is part of the investment for me, after all, would you pay for an ugly hooker? :D

apple already promised free firmware updates to add features to the iphone..

• No Songs as Ringtones
• No Games
can be added later...but who really cares about games on a phone? ill stick with my psp
• No flash support
can be added later
• No Instant Messaging
can be added later...but with unlimited data in the plan..email is just as good
• No Picture messages (MMS)

meh..i can live without it
• No Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Streaming (A2DP)
• No One-size-fits-all headset jack (May have to buy an adapter for certain headphones
iphone headset is good enough
• No 3G (EV-DO/HSDPA)
at&t spent billions of dollars upgrading edge..plus wifi is faster than 3g
• No GPS
• No real keyboard
the keyboard is fine..and its only there when you need it
• No Removable battery
• No Expandable Storage
4-8gb is already more than most smarthpones have anyways..
• No Direct iTunes Music Store Access (Over Wi-Fi or EDGE)

the only major downside to the iphone is the price...

and the None Removable battery.
How often do you remove your battery?

Only time I have ever done so is when my phone has crashed. So if the iPhone crashes and then no removable battery causes a problem, I think there might be a bigger problem.

Unless I am missing something, am I?

and the None Removable battery.

yea...i just read that you have to pay like 90 bucks to get it replaced too..

but anyways, unless the battery like explodes..it should last for a long time before it becomes unuseable

i think i remember reading that it takes 400 full charges for the battery to start losing power...like it wont recharge to 100% maybe 90% or 80%

I wouldn't get either. Gen2 iPhone will have all the features it currently lacks. The battery IS removable by the way. And I just bought a new phone, and it does exactly what I use a phone for: calls, pictures, video, and text messaging.
