April fools stuff

after seeing that fake wow race and also the fake julio torres post i thought it would be interesting to see if anyone else has come across stuff today that is an april fools joke

i came across this at gamefaqs earlier hehe

I was gonna do an april fools for wanderhomies. In fact, i had the entire page made. But then i realized that under half the people who come here, put in the forum URL directly. I pretty much was gonna replace the main page with an exact replica of the SOE SWG page, and have the top headline being that this site was sold to SOE, and the only way to contact me was via an email posted. All the links would go to their actual SOE links except one, the discussion forums link that link to these forums.

It would've worked, and I would've expected dozens of hate mails, except for the elite few that clicked on the discussion forum button, but alas, most people visit the forums directly, so there was no point
