While she was certainly not a role model I'd want a child to emulate, much like her role model which was Marilyn Monroe, I find circumstances of late suspicious surrounding her death.
Howard K Stern her lawyer, was present both when Daniel and Anna died. He is also the person that successfully has sued her dead husbands estate. She stood to inherit tens of millions of dollars and possibly hundreds of millions, since the son of her former husband past away as well.
The child of Anna Nicole's, Danielynn, is caught up in controversy as well. Larry Birkhead has claimed he was the father and had the state of California order a request for paternity tests. His bid was successful but Mr. Stern and Anna Nicole evaded the courts orders, and failed to appear showing up a day later in court asking for an extension.
Since Anna Nicole has now died, and Daniel is already dead, Danielynn would be the sole heir of anything from Anna's estate including any inheritance from her former husband. Thus motive could be established that Mr. Stern could have wanted both Daniel and Anna Nicole out of the way, as well as a motive for him to avoid any paternity tests on Danielynn if there is any chance it would prove that Mr. Stern is not the father.
This of course doesn't mean Mr. Stern is guilty of any crime, but one could certainly establish motive in his case if a crime was involved.
