Sheeptastic!
I got promoted today! I'm going to be the team leader for my group, and I'm now a Software Engineer I (like a Programmer/Analyst).

So, lots more work, more responsibility, but more money and in the next six-12 months I'll be able to start working from home one day a week.

Coolness.
 
Congrats Tiv! Make sure you introduce a whip into the office the first morning of your new responsibilities, and name it "The Motivator". Referring to the whip as an actual person through the weeks will help add to the realness.

The problem is the only whip I have has IIA engraved into it.
