Its is now a life goal to be anorexic. Nah, not really but I want to lose ten more in two weeks and I found giving up pop (soda or coke for you southern people) is hard as hell

It's not that hard after the first month your used to it... I quit soda like half a year ago :P

:) Some ideas on what to do:
Make sure you eat healthy and regularly. Breakfest, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. It does the trick! ^_^
Going on a 'fat loss diet' does not help, changing your lifestyle and what you eat (for life) is what is good. All these 'fast diets' that they do comercial about is just BS (pardon the french) but it is.
When you eat regularly you keep the metabolism up and going which is what you want. When you don't eat often/regularly the metabolism goes down, so thats why people that only eat like ones a day usually end up gaining weight or starve them selves which is bad.
By snack I mean full grain bread or fruits or something like that. Quit eating stuff with sugar in it, it's poison to your body. And one shouldn't eat a lot, small portions and often.
*If* you wanna eat something really sweet eat a slice of bread with a lot of grain/fibres in it just before, that will help your body to take care of the "bad stuff" better and faster :)
I have a very sensistive stomache and intestines, therefor I have to keep a rather strict diet, and it's why I've talked to a lot of nutritions.

Oh, and skip all things with flour in it (white bread, pasta etc), that will make you lose weight fast ;)

Sorry, the teacher & 'health freak' in me got going :P

The more weight I lose, the fatter I feel
[/b]

that's ironic. the more weight I put on, the skinnier I feel.

Buy an IPOD and head to the gym!
[/b]

Speaking of ipods. My iPod video got stolen, so I bought a nano and new shoes. Now I have an iPod that talks to me while I run w/ distance, calories, time, etc. Its wonderful.

Coke was easy for me to quit (Being from texas, Coke includes any softdrink :D )

But I am in the same boat as banannaman. Trying to put on weight. So far it isn't going bad or good. I am putting on a bit. Hoping to gain 15 lbs by my next birfday.

to be completely honest since last may I have dropped 90lbs so far (yeah, fawkin sick I know being that big and all) I am just not satisfied

I get migraines without pop

Sounds like a textbook case of caffeine withdrawl. Switch to diet maybe? :P Or C2 or Zero or One or whatever the hell else they offer that tastes like the real thing but has minimal calories.

When I was losing weight, I just ate a lot of fiber. Usually my day consisted of just eatting mini-wheats for breakfast, chicken sandwich for lunch, and then a salad at dinner. For a snack, mainly just had an apple. I lost about 50 lbs in two monthes.

As of right now, i'm just casually losing weight, while building a lot of lean muscle, and am able to eat whatever I want really(I crave on Taco Bell once a week, and pizza every friday.)
